What to expect? 

We offer a free Discovery Call as a road map and introductory guide as to how our program works. We will take you on an exploratory trip during our conversation to answer any questions or concerns to help you understand how we assess the right solution for you. Ready? Let's go!

Step 1: Consultation

You will be asked questions about your medical, family, diet and environmental history to get a full assessment of your condition and lifestyle. An analysis will be performed to collect data to identify the type, cause and extent of your condition  to provide the proper protocol. 

*Virtual at-home clients will be sent a welcome introduction kit in the mail. You will follow the instructions provided, fill out both the client intake and release forms then take images of your scalp with the scope attachment provided to be attached to your cellphone to take images of your scalp and send to us. You will take a ph test located in the kit, record your ph number on the enclosed intake card and collect samples strands of hair from the different areas on your head instructed and mail back in the labeled collection envelopes provided in the kit. We will then collect all your data and analyze your images and samples to assess your issue and provide the proper protocol and treatment plan for you. A virtual consultation will be scheduled a week later to discuss your intake review.

We will discuss our determination based on the intake and analysis we've collected, which allows us to determine if your diet, medications, environment, stress, genetics, hormones, age, hair styling techniques or lifestyle could be contributing to your problem.

Step 2: Recommend A Treatment Program 

We will then recommend a 3 months, 6 months or 12 months plan that is best for you.  Virtual sessions will be scheduled once weekly or bi-weekly. Each session is 30 to 45 mins. We will review your images and chart to see how well you are coming along.  Our recommendations comes from a paramedical holistic specialist approach. Nutritional mentorship and coaching are available to assist you in maximizing your hair care goals.
